Cinema Supporters
The Solomon Valley Cinema Board Members and Staff would like to express their sincere gratitude and thanks to all of those wonderful people and businesses who donated countless hours of time, money, and effort into making the cinema a reality and in getting it off the ground. Unfortunately it would be impossible to list all of the hundreds of people involved in this and the cinema would not like to unintentionally leave anyone out. Please know that we are eternally grateful to your unselfishness and giving, and that without you, the cinema would not be the success it is today.
The pdf button to the right is a link to the people and businesses that purchased a theatre seat in support of the cinema. Seats were originally sold for $150 each and a plaque with his/her name was attached to the back of a cinema seat. This was only one of the many fund raising campaigns used to raise the necessary money needed to get the cinema built and running.
Today, there are still many seats available that can still be purchased at the original cost of $150. In doing so, your name or the name of your choice will be placed on a plaque attached to the back of the theatre chair of your choosing. Many people enjoy finding their own seat and sitting in it when they come to the movies. For more information or to purchase a seat, please inquire at the cinema.
